MFP Fax Solutions
The DM Scan Connector for MFPs™ consolidate faxing network-wide. Users can fax hard copy document using the same MFP devices they use for scanning, copying, and printing. Together, the DM Fax Server and DM Scan Connector for MFPs act as a central station for capturing, processing, delivering, receiving, and tracking fax documents.

Architecture
The DM Scan Connector for MFPs is a component of the DM Application Connector. It interfaces directly with MFP devices via custom integrations written jointly by Imecom and the MFP vendor. The DM Scan Connector for MFPs automatically captures scanned documents, processes them, converts them to fax format, and transmits them to the intended recipient(s).

Scan-to-Email Integration
Many of the MFP products implemented today include integrated scan-to-email functionality that enables users to scan and email hard copy documents. With the Imecom DM Fax Server, you can leverage that functionality by adding fax to the mix. Imecom Email Fax Solutions integrate seamlessly with all common email server platforms to provide fax-to-email and email-to-fax capabilities. By integrating with your corporate email server, you can piggy-back onto the MFP scan-to-email functionality and fax documents right from your MFP devices.
