DM FaxStats Reporting Module
The DM FaxStats Reporting Module™ is a newer addition to the Use it Messaging product family. DM FaxStats Reporting enables you to generate comprehensive graphical reports on DM Fax Server system statistics. Microsoft Excel-based reports are generated each day, with automatic report generation available.

Architecture
The DM FaxStats Reporting Module consists of several core components. The server report generation components extract data from the DM Fax Server database(s). A template file controls the display of the final report as well as what data appears on the report. Additional components for silent mode and interactive mode also exist.
Report Generation
FaxStats Reports may be generated manually by the system administrator or FaxStats Reporting user, or automatically via Windows Task Scheduler. Reports are easily generated by running the FaxStats Reporting program, choosing the date range for the report, and clicking the generate report button. Data from DM Fax Server databases is automatically imported and formatted into a clean, graphical report that may then be viewed, saved, emailed, or printed.
Standard FaxStats Reports include:
- Quality of Service - server uptime and downtime percentages
- Average wait time for outbound faxes
- Average number of pages per inbound and outbound fax
- Busy signal probability
- Success rate for inbound and outbound faxes
- Traffic breakdown by source - email users, fax client users, and DM Application Connector
- Traffic breakdown by day
- Traffic breakdown by month
- Usage per fax line
- Top 10 senders and recipients for outbound faxes
- Top 10 senders and recipients for inbound faxes
- Average fax job size
- Top 5 system errors
- Error breakdown for inbound and outbound faxes
Report Customization
DM FaxStats Reports are comprehensive and full of information, but customization is always useful for certain scenarios. That is why Imecom designed DM FaxStats Reporting with customization features. The template file that controls report appearance and report data can be modified to include/remove specific pieces of data to/from the report. Not only can you customize the data in the report, but you may also customize the appearance of the report itself.
