Virtual Server Platforms
In many instances, Imecom’s fax server solutions may be deployed on virtual server platforms such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and XEN Server. Click here for more information on Virtual Fax Servers.
Number of Fax Lines
The number of fax lines is perhaps one of the most important aspects of configuring a fax server. With the proper number of fax lines, your fax server will be able to handle the volume of inbound and outbound fax calls correctly. But if the fax server is under-sized, you’ll quickly see bottlenecks and hear complaints of too many busy signals. There are a number of factors that play a role in properly sizing your fax server. Read more about how to properly size your fax server for today and tomorrow on the Imecom Blog.
