MFP and Network Scanner Fax Integrations

The DM Scan Connector for MFPs™ integrates with Multi-function Peripheral (MFP) devices from Xerox, HP, and Lexmark as well as Electronic Document Scanning solutions from MSI and EFI to enables network users to send hard copy faxes right from the MFP. Sending a fax is as easy as scanning in a document or making a copy.

MFPs by design replace traditional printing, copying, and scanning devices with a larger, more feature-rich all-on-one solution, consolidating multiple services into a single device. By incorporating the Imecom DM Fax Server and DM Scan Connector for MFPs, faxing too becomes consolidated and centralized which in turn results in increased user productivity and cost savings.

	Xerox WorkCentre & WorkCentre Pro MFPs Imecom DM Scan Connector for Xerox MFPs integrates with all Xerox WorkCentre and WorkCentre PRO MFPs with the exception of the 2xx series.
	HP Digital Sender and MFP Series Imecom DM Scan Connector for HP MFPs integrates with HP Digital Sender Series 8100C, 9100C, 9200C (requires HP DSS software) and HP MFP 4000 series and 9000 series (requires HP DSS software).
	Lexmark MFPs Imecom DM Scan Connector for Lexmark MFPs integrates with Lexmark MFP x422, x630, x632, x632e, x752e, x762e, x820e, x830e, x832e.

Scan-to-Email Fax Integration

Many of the MFPs implemented today include scan-to-email functionality that enables users to scan and email hard copy documents via a network email server. Using Imecom’s Email Fax Solutions, you can leverage the MFP scan-to-email functionality and fax documents right from your MFP devices through the DM Fax Server. If you require the fax to email option for desktop faxing, you can use that same fax to email option for MFPs as well.
