How do I send a call to Voicemail?
When a call is active, the main FlowVox Operator Console will display call controls for the active call. One of these controls is the Transfer Call option, displayed as a button with an image of two arrows.
- Click this button to open the “Transfer To” window.
- From the appropriate tab, select the desired destination and click the “To Voice Mail” button.
